I have several FED's, amongst which a 3a, the one with the hump-backed
top plate. This one, to be precise:

FED-3a by Rense Haveman, on Flickr

After several successful rolls, I was unpleasantly surprised when I found out
the shutter doesn't work anymore. During the changing of lenses, I saw the
curtains did not close completely. I was able to cock the shutter, but then
curtains did not come apart and they don't travel during cocking. I can cock
it, I can release it, but the curtains don't open... WHAT TO DO? Anyone with suggestions?
