Best focusing screen option?

I want to replace the screen in my D3s for better MF confirmation, as faster than 2.8 the current screens seems to really lag behind. I know I can use either:

modified Nikon F6 screens
or
modified Canon 1D series screens

However, I want something that DOESNT have a microprism/collar or split image. This will screwup the exposure a lot on my camera.

I know Canon offers both an EC-CIV for its 1D series and an EC-S which people report are better for manually focusing and have no split image or collar. Is there something similar for the F6? Whats my best option?

Nikon makes an overall matte screen for the F6 -- called the Type B -- which sounds like what you're after.
