#2 Noxious weed called Patterson's curse...again slow moving except in fierce wind gusts.Although it seems to spread itself really well across the grass land.
#3 Superb Blue Wren...a tiny little character with usually a harem of females about 6 in a group...my favorite tiny bird...a real challenge to photograph.I cropped this a bit.
#4 A few Kangaroos...they appear to have bad eyesight as I really was not to far away from them...and wearing a red shirt you think they would have noticed 
#5 Mum and joey
#6 I am sure they could hear the clicking of the camera but could not work out what it was.Oh how I wish I had a light 200-300mm +monopod

Why is it that whenever we go out, we seem to have the wrong lens?
I went out a couple of weeks ago to play with my lensbaby, it is a cheapo tilt shift 50mm lens. I was happily mucking around shooting flowers and stuff, testing out what the lens did, when i came across a lyrebird  Like you i wished i had my 180 or 250 with me.... ahh well

In regards to the Roo's it seems it is "boxing" season...I caught two at it ,but only managed very ordinary shots(I can post them if you want)..... boy they really kick one another!! and I never knew they actually grunt I thought it was somebody nearby then realized it was a male Roo so I thought I had better retreat...
