Help with lens Values

my girlfriend and I have a bunch of camera equipment that was given to her by her grandmother. We are having a hard time figuring out if it is worth anything. We were considering getting it appraised and thought maybe you guys could help us figure out what some of this stuff was worth. We really appreciate any help you can give us
