Canonet QL19 SE. I already heve the QL17 GIII, and I had no intention of buying a QL19, but I found a really nice one today cheap.
So of course I bought it. Beautiful 2 piece case with one scuff mark, and the camera is pretty near mint. Except....
I see what looks like a little mold. I don't know which side of the lens it's on yet. $4.95 USD local purchase, so I'm happy. Very Happy

Anyone shooting with one?
Pics of camera later today.

Looks and feels nice. I have one, but unfortunately not working. So I use the later more compact version with the same 45mm 1.9.

The early model is large. Shockingly so. It does feel nice and the meter works. I will give it a try after I finish using eye drops for a few days.
My eyes are so irritaded that I can't really use a camera now.

Bad news guys and gals. It has the Canonet sticky shutter problem.
So it goes in the repair drawer until I can do a CLA on it.
Still, with what I paid I'm happy. Very Happy I will do the repair myself when I have the extra time.

I hope you will tell about your excercises when you do that. Mine has the same problem and I am not such a handy adventurer on this stage. I would like to get the camera at work, but I cannot pay a CLAD by a specialist now.

Yes, I will document it with photos in the repair section. Might be a couple weeks or so before I can start on it.

The bad news is that most of these suffer with the same problem. I had my GL17 Giii CLA'd and now I have a great camera.
