Well, adapters are an issue.

Here I am offering you my today's results.
The (almost) full moon is a good target for infinity testing.
It has some area, tiny details and it is undoubtedly at infinity...

Contax Zeiss 1,4/85 Planar MMJ.
My results at f/1.4 with the 5D Mark II.
100% crops from in-camera JPEG. Unfortunately I forgot to put it on full resolution.

All at 1/1000 sec on a tripod, with camera timer enabled.
