More intriguing: the open source camera project. Using this platform, with all the shutter speeds enabled, and a real lens... hmmm _________________ -Jussi

This is true, and with 1 card per pixel, carting around enough for even one photo will be a hassle. _________________ -Jussi

Possibly the cheapest FF digicam?
I'd be very interested in buying one if the price is right.
I like the way they flaunt the camera's "faults" -- i.e., "Plastic Lens -- Coating-Less" _________________ Michael

if you estimate one card´s mass at 3 grams, you end for a 10 MP image at 30 tons
Now DHL gets a new meaning "Digital High speed Lufthansa cargo" having one 747 to send a picture...this is manual the finest |

Wouldn't it be easier to take the lens out of a Holga and adapt to a DSLR?
Failing that, just make the image soft, over-contrasty, grainy and add vignette in PP? _________________ Casual attendance these days |

I've done that. It's not too difficult.
But just changing the output is not really funny.
And I am not sure if shooting with a Holga would be (for me). _________________ Personal forum activity on pause every now and again (due to job obligations)!

I am sure that something clockwork would be just fine? It's no use designing the ultimate photographic tool for the aesthetically handicapped and then leaving ignoring the needs of the terminally deranged feature-freak?
