Excellent, Ron. Is that one of their recent lenses or an oldie? I'm not familiar with it. Do you have a picture (front)?

Surprise - what a fine result. My experiences with non-S1 Vivs has not een as favourable

I bought this old stock lens new for $40 last January at a shop that was closing down. I also got a new Pentax compatible Vivitar TTL flash for $40.

SN is on bottom of lens - 95032294. Made in Japan by Cosina I think.

I see. The focus grip is different too from the Komine style now that I look more closely.

And some say the Cosina lens are no good. This proves them wrong. Very nicely done Ron.
