More harsh light, but this set shows the car reasonably well.

Just as with the 1939 Rolls-Royce Vutotal, this car has a rather unique history.

I like it, and I don't.

It looks like "gangsta rap" from long before we were hearing the phrase,
yet I find it strangely beautiful and elegant at the same time. While the
side gold & chrome emblems are quite garish, the wheels looking like
they're from an 18-wheeler truck, and the accent stripe color is just plain
ugly, I still find elegance and timeless design in the overall shape & profile
and styling of this vehicle.

I see you were not the only photographer out that day...did you check out the others cameras ...I keep thinking lucky you to go and see all these classic cars...They must have been fun to capture.
Did you try taking some alternative angle shots on any of the cars?
