Helios 40-2 vs 40 (worth the extra $?)

Hey guys, I really would like to get a Helios 40-2 or 40 and was wondering if the 40-2 it's worth the extra $100-150??

Besides the color... i think there is a coating difference right?

The 40-2 is in M42 mount (M39 for the 40), has a different coating and a colder render. But I think it is really overpriced for a such 85mm lens, where only the bokeh is interesting (if you stop it, it don't become way sharper than any other 85mm)
