Has anyone experience with this rare m42 lens?
It is very rarely documented.

Same as Rolleinar 21/4 (Mamiya made most Rolleinars for Rollei QBM mount), try searching for that lens instead.

The mounts are different m42 vs QVS(?)
but the lenses do look very similar in appearance.

The mounts are different, but it is the same lens, rebadged for Rollei by Mamiya.
