I saw the above noted lenses for sale for the same price. The Tokina ATX is a fast lens (f2.Cool with a zoom of 80-200mm. It is a manual focus lens.
The Nikkor lens is the older Nikon lens (for full frame film cameras), but it is an autofocus lens (I heard it was slow focusing), and has variable f/stop.
Anyone can recommend which lens I should pick? I am looking a crisp, sharp image quality. I also look for a lens with no flare, and do notice that some older lenses has this deficiencies if compared to modern digital lens. They are both in Nikon mount.
Thanks for info.

I honestly don't know, I haven't seen many samples from the Tokina.

I would be interested in seeing what it can do because it can be had for much less than the Tamron equivalent.

I got the Tokina ATX 80-200mm F2.8. It is heavy and it has solid built. I like the f2.8 fast lens, and it is not variable. The following are photos taken using this lens, with some cropping done. Thanks for viewing!
