Hi,

nearby our village is located the so named "Hohensyburg". It is a very old castle (first stones from approx. 780). Today it is an excursion destination and the place with the largest Casino in Germany.

During my today morning walk I made some shots of an old war memorial within the castle (1,2) and few shots from 2 statues, Emperor Wilhelm I. (3) and Otto von Bismarck - first Chancellor of the German Reich (4). Last one I have converted into b&w.

All shots with Nikon D700 and Leica-R 4/180.

Thanks for viewing and comments.

Wink
