My 6 yr old using my Rebel XT with a AF 50mm f 1.8 in aperture priority mode while my 3 yr old helps spot fish . I told her to brace the camera with her left arm and either exhale or hold her breath while she gently pressed the shutter, I think its the first time she has listened to me all year

Taken with a Pentax K-X and a Helios 44-6 , I was trying to achieve the swirly bokeh effect of the H44-xx and it came out quite well I thought

WOW, nice!
nailed you, and love the 'stone'
on most, not the one showing you turning the focus ring, the main object being in center, hey, I really like that. Shows the concentrated look, makes me wonder why usually I would not like it, was I brainwashed? Here I find it refreshing!

Great stuff. I think being able to see the world with the same sense of wonder that we had when we were kids is the key to taking really good nature photos. Keep encouraging them.

Thanks gang for the coments

My windows desktop is the water one with the rocks
I like the movement in it, plus seeing photos taken from 1 metre high is cool

she carefully walked along some bigger rocks so she could shoot it , I told her to be careful she replies :

" relax dad, Im moving over here to take a better photo"
