(Sorry - stuck this in the wrong section)

Shot a few rolls with my old press cameras. I'm still working on the rangefinders for these, and then there are the light leaks, oh boy.

Mini Speed Graphic with Ilex Portronic Paragon 162mm f/4.5 (Tessar type)
I used the focal plane shutter with these, works well. Rangefinder was off.

152mm f/4.5 Kodak Ektar (another Tessar)

Slow speed, indoor available light. OK, its not a Leica with f/1.2 lens

Busch Pressman with Zeiss 15cm f/4.5 - groundglass focusing as the rangefinder is still a problem. Just some boring trees, but at least no light leaks.

Very Happy I was going to ask about the equipment but thought It may be silly, thanks for showing the cameras.
1st set, I like the flag it seems to have a lot going for it in the tonal range.
2nd set, I do like the trees and the seats with the sun coming in from the side.

Hello, there.
Nice vintage look, timeless I'd say. Nice pieces of equipment too. With RF and pinholes fixed they're gonna be real killers Smile. Did you used MF back or 4x5" sheet?

Cheers, M.-

Like all of these, Luis. The Zeiss/other lenses (and you) are a great performer.

I keep telling myself... someday when I'm grown up I too will use a real camera like these Wink [Anyone remember the tv commercial about retirement, where the guy bought a LF camera and drove around the country?]

Fine results as usual, several of them brought to mind classic photos from the golden era of these cameras.

6x9 and 6x7 120 backs.

I don't think its pinholes, I think its my home-made Graflok back. I need to hunt for leaks.

More stuff from the Speed Graphic -

Less of a light leak now.

With the Ilex Portronic Paragon 162mm f/4.5

Ilex Paragon 5"/4.5 (127mm)

Elgeet Navitar 10"/4.5 (250mm)
