A nice pointilist effect, quite different from your macro work ...

Mo, it's quite easy. This shot was vertically panned with a slow shutterspeed (so I had to go to ISO100, F22, and some slight overexposure, to get 1/15"). In the computer I tweaked curves and I increased the saturation a little....

OMG !!! Shocked

That's a marvel !
It's really very beautiful and I agree with Moira about Monet.
It's an impressionist shot !

Thanks a lot Moira to have brought this painting shot to my attention.
And thanks a lot to you Rense for exposing such a beauty to our eyes.

Cheers,
Very Happy

Yes, I think with film it works too, but I think with digital it's quite a bit easier. I have to take quite some shots, before I am satisfied with the results. Probably that's only a question of experience, but I'm not sure.... At least with digital, the learning curve is steeper...
