More birds in the park

Had a Pentax SMC A 400mm f5.6 turn up this week and gave it a quick shakedown in the local park today. It was a bit cloudy and wet but you get that in winter.
Noisy miner

Currawong, there was a flock of them on a visit.



A bronzewing pigeon, native and my first pics ever of the bird.



All up I'd say it is a pretty decent lens that produced some decent results and a definite keeper. Pics were taken ISO 800 to up the shutter speed to compensate for the iffy light. Can't say I paid too much attention to the shutter speeds.

Cute guys, noise removal and and put more light on them can make them even better.
