I saw this photo on net and i wonder if there is any possibility it's the same lens? That is Tokina made it for Nikon?

Quite possibly, Nikon didn't make the E 70-150 themselves. The Tokina 2.8/28 is a great lens BTW.

My RMC Tokina 28mm F2.8 looks very similar but not identical.
I think the only way to solve this is to buy both an disassemble them Smile
