EDIT: Can you measure the register distance and size of circle? One method: Put the lens in front of some illuminated object (like a lamp with a shade) and see what picture does it produce on a piece of paper at what distance?

Is it usable on SLR's/DSLR's?
I have no experience with c-mount lenses (if this is a c-mount lens)
