I set this up today at home to see what it is like close up. Tammy 500/8 + extension tube. Canon 5D, ISO 800, 1/200s + mild processing in LR3 for NR and sharpening.

Cheers. But this shot pales compare to my Mamiya Sekor 60mm f2.8 macro.

One taken yesterday with the humble Industar 50-2 @ f4. Since I bought this lens I find I'm using it more and more in preference to my other vastly more expensive lenses!
