Hi guys,

my M42 to Nikon adapter arrived. Last time I had a cheap one, this time I took the good, expensive, coated one.

And hell this is so much better than the old!

Here are some samples with Nikon D200 and three M42 lenses.

First ones with Helios 44M.

at f4

at f4

wide open
You can see some slight CAs here in 100% but nothing bad!

Next up Tokyo Koky Tokina 135 f3.5 wide open.
I little bit laking contrast but I'm always in love with the bokeh as soon as I see the pictures on my screen! Cool

And the last two with Soligor P 55mm f2.8 Macro. First at f4 and second at f2.8!

Hope you enjoy!

The adapter ist from enjoyourcamera.com!

Great stuff for out-of-camera results. Wouldn't worry about the lowered contrast, that's fixable with pp. There really seems to be a difference with these adapters then? I'm lucky I got a good one at first try.
