I have a Takumar SMC 50mm f1.4 (The one with the rubber focus ring) that I have disassembled for cleaning (a little fungus). I got it apart with minor difficulties and I think I can eventually get it back together but I would feel better with an exploded diagram or cross-section of this lens in hand before I start. Is such a diagram available on-line? Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi, this is the Super Takumar strip-down guide. The barrel is obviously different but the optics are the same as yours I believe. Hope it's helpful for you and good luck.

Yes, thank you that is a help although the construction around the aperture ring is different but I'm not going there (aperture is clean and snappy & ring is precise). I also happened upon this which you may or may not be familiar with:
