Good price? It seems to be good condition.

Any suggestion?

Check condition carefully. If the film wind or shutter are stuck it may be expensive to fix.

The camera is complicated and has a reputation of being hard to repair.

I have a IIc - f2.8 Xenon and no light meter but otherwise the same. Never been a moment's trouble, I'd encourage you to get the IIIc so long as it's working properly. Usual things, check the slow speeds and self timer, rangefinder alignment, firm lens panel. Rangefinder/viewfinder may get dim with age.

And remember the camera locks up when the frame counter reaches zero!

The IIa supposedly has more trouble than the II/IIIc, due to the wind lever being on top. I haven't had trouble with either of my II's...

Price? these are fairly common, and so the market is sometimes inefficient - some overpay for pristine collector samples, and some get few bids on ebay even though they likely are in fine condition. Due to the light meter these seem more desirable than the IIc, so the prices are higher as well. I'd say for a user somewhere around $50-70 you're doing well, I paid $42 plus shipping for a good IIc last summer - which I consider a very good price.

A fantastic price!! Shocked Most IIC/IIIC (esp. the ones with the capital C = bigger finder) go for a lot more here in Germany.

But it is the small 'c' II, not so much in demand. Everyone goes for the big C, or one of the f/2 models. The f/2's are nice lenses, but the f/2.8 is contrastier.
