Today I got some new batteries for my Leica R3 MOT, as the old ones were flat. After putting them into the camera, I noticed that the battery indicator LED was on and it stayed on.
After some scrutinizing I found out that the button one must push to activate the test light did not return properly (thus always making contact). That explains why the previous set was flat...
I was able to pull the button up with some tweezers, but I would like to repair this properly. Does anyone of you have experience with this or know how difficult it is to get to it?
