erm never heard of Titar, but the results look promising and I like the last shot.

I hadn't either but now I have one I have seen a few others out there on the bay! The engraving around the front seems cheap and nasty but the pictures are ok.

I am surprised by the last shot as well as to me it is really good (better than most I have done) can developing processors make a difference? I mean can the person who does the developing tweak the image or is it indeed the lens? I noticed these are all .Tif not like the other scanned negatives I usually get done.

Well I've never use a pro lab only supermarkets and they get the colours to my liking and on their CD they are auto sharpened......sometimes I adjust colours and sharpen more using photoshop. So where you sent yours negs it's probably a similar system
But a lens can make a difference otherwise everyone would be using the same £10 lenses.... Smile
