This is up for sale on ebay. Anybody know what it might be?

I wasn't able to find anything either, but this doesn't look like a lens at all, more like a projector of some kind (why would you have cooling slots on the lens?).

You may be right. Though usually projectors will have a reflective parabolic mirror. Obviously has some sort of electric connection. Perhaps for a bulb. The photos don't really give a good hint of actual size. The numbers may not reflect FL and F number as well. The seller has a bunch of vintage lenses, large format, SLR's and other miscellaneous.
