I didn't buy anything from him; that's what's remarkable. He helped me transact with a photographer in his area (in California), someone who refused to use Paypal, credit card, or any such service (I don't blame him). Since the item was extremely high value (SWC/M), I didn't want to risk a money order / cashier's check transaction, even though I was 99% certain the seller was legitimate.
Nate stepped in and acted as our liaison. He went and checked out the item for me; he received payment from me via Paypal; he withdrew it, took the cash to the seller, purchased, packed, and shipped it to me. Without any compensation.
So a big shout out to Nate; he is someone you can trust if you ever have an opportunity to transact with him. And he knows that if he need a favor done in New England, he can count on me
