Looks like a typical Japanese 135mm lens, probably not worth that much...

I have some gear from my grandparents, and there is a great thrill to use it knowing that the very same equipment had witnessed my parents growing up.

Thanks Scheimpflug~~ Indeed this lens has great sentimental value in the family, it has captured great moments in the family.
