Hi, I was lucky to find a very nice Tamron SP180 F2,5 LD. Laughing

With Minolta M/MD adapter! Crying or Very sad

Maybe someone has a nice Adaptall II for Leica R for sale?

Anyone experiences with that lens. Have to wait for the proper adapter for using it.

Yes, but think it is only a matter of time to find one.

Which bugs me a bit, as I want to try that 180mm lens.

Congratulations, one of the sharpest lenses ever made. Heavy. Probably I can sell you in good price original adapter, if I have 2, one is yours. Give me 2 days to check it.

Still optimistic to get one before leaving for a trip to Habanna in April. Guess I want to take that Tamron with me. Holding this lens without an adapter in front of the camera and shooting wide open already gives quite a good impression of the quality.

Good lens but not better really than Nikon ED 180 or Carl Zeiss Jena 180 etc at least this was my conclusion you have Leica 180 already.

Yes, but I am not really that happy with the Leica Apo-Telyt.
Will have to compare!

Can you not ask someone to buy for you and send to you? There are several people who have done this in the past. I think there is a thread in the MFL club discussing this Smile

Attila, tried again my Apo-Telyt today. Dull, windy, bad light. Anyway, it performed absolutly perfect!

Last time, I must been totally unskilled when using it.

Update: got a Tamron Leica R mount, finally......
