Are those from the rare triple-lens Pentax reflex - the one where they attempted to get 4-d rendering on film, and you needed a three lens viewer - the third was on your third eye of course. This came after the stereo camera craze, Pentax was attempting to market this as the Quad camera, only to be sued by the British Quad hi-fi manufacturer, as well as Sansui.
