Can anyone tell me if the Tair 11A 135 f2.8 with M42 Mount can be adapted to a Nikon F Mount.

Well you can use a Nikon adapter with it, but it won't reach infinity without an extra optical element. Unless you mean can the mount be replaced?

Yes I have one with the A mount. It came with the Nikon F attached and an M42 if I want it for later. It's all for sale if you want it.
