Hi, looking for 50mm f/1.4 for 5D mark I. Sharp wide open and good coating lens are welcome Wink
I have one Nikkor 50mm 1.4 which is very good but coating are in bad condition. So i looking for something better;)

Then try SMC-Takumar 50mm f1.4. It has everything what you mentioned. Here on forum are talking very good things about this glass. I use it and I am very satisfied.

Now I realise that you are right. I tried it on eos 50E but focus on close distance so... then sorry for spam Very Happy
