Taken with Tamron Adaptamatic 3.5/135, as kindly sent to me from the UK by Graham (member Shrek).

When I was a boy I would dig through my uncles piles of 1950's numbers of the "Illustrated London News" which he had aquired and saved for some reason. These just seemed like the sort of things one would find in that.

The alligator is the same one I have shot before, a resident of the San Francisco Academy of Science, this time it was under water. Any quality problems with the image are because of the conditions - low light, 15 feet of water, and dirty plate glass. The lens itself is great.

I have never seen a white alligator ever..
Looks awesome.. Reminds me of the famous dark shots taken in a zoo.
