In India monkeys are practically everywhere. In North India these are mostly Rhesus monkeys with their bright red behinds, spying from the roof-tops for anything edible, but there are also the beautiful Langurs with their silvery fur and the black faces, popularly called Hanuman Langurs. They are very difficult to photograph, as the face is so black that it mostly doesn't really show clearly, especially, if there is strong light with strong shadows.
The following pictures, all with the Elmarit 90mm @ f 4 ISO 320, were all taken in the beautiful garden of Mandore, north of Jodhpur.
