Such a cool looking camera...how come some rangefinders have a removable/interchangeable lens like the SLRs?

That one is going to go for good money I'm afraid.

People are collecting these old Canons just like they collect Leicas - in fact any of the Leica-clones like these are getting out of reach of anyone but dedicated collectors. Even the old Russian ones are increasing in price.

Before SLR's became popular rangefinders ruled the 35mm world. People wanted a variety of lenses for them for the same reasons we want them for SLR's.
