Though mine was a worn out 1949 model that my Dad rescued from the town dump and restored to a semi-running state, this 1955 model is a virtual copy of the one we had.

Nice one. Looks nearly new that one does. AAAHH the cost of inflation....I'm tempted to bid on this one......

No! you want this one, like my father had, because the exercise of pedalling is good for you as this BSA was unreliable.

Nice looking little bike Very Happy a lot of makers had those whizzy little add on engines like the 'winged wheel', I think even the mighty Vincent had one at one point? Shocked

I have news for you...pushing the Servi-cycle was a lot more exercise than pedaling any Moped. Guaranteed you were gonna have to push it any time you drove off on it.
