Wasn't that about old flash bulbs, electronic flash at 1/1000 or 1/2000 sec should be no danger.....erm well I'm not an optometrist.

Well true and congrats......but my grandchildren have given me new enjoyment in photography, and I never had a girl so am facinated what my grand daughter does, like this with lipstick:-
