Flying-hunting short eared owl, near lake Burtnieks, Latvia.
Example for focusing with mirror lens on moving objects.
Lens MTO-500, camera Canon ESO 350D

Thanks for comments!!

Again i find it amazing, first for the captures, the focusing cos the lens of what i saw seems heavy, and the subject itself. i am not disturbed by the particular blur. By the way that find of lens should be good for portaits Very Happy

my fav is 2 and 4

There is an exaple for portrait with 500mm telelens. Distance is 20-30 meters Smile Its hard to work with model at distance like this Smile

These images, as well as your other images with the BIG
lenses, are a treatise of what can be possible with the big
mirrors and glass! Simply gorgeous, and you are one
superb photographer! Welcome to the forum, by the way. Laughing

Great shots ! Congrats !!!

I love mirrors and this kind of lens is my preferred type of lenses. So I know how difficult it is to shot with such a lens sharp pics with a moving object.

Congrats again and welcome on board !
