Hello.

After adopting the Angenieux 2.5-3.3/35-70mm, I received its big brother the 3.5/70-210mm in its red box with the original plastic bags, the carrying bag in black and red tissu, the invoice and all the original papers.
Only the hood is missing.

At the origin, the plastic packaging bag was sealed and filled with nitrogen to prevent tampering.

It is really in mint condition with very soft rings. Wonderful lens.

Some quick test shots. Weather is very windy and there is not much light.
I'll post some more later.

Hi Olivier, congrats for your new lens.
Seems to be a good one and good 3D. Hopefully the weather will be better soon that we can see some nice pictures.

Bonne Nuit

Ok, here are some shots with the 70-210 from me..
i did have the lens only some weeks, then i did sell them to USA to refinance other things, because of his value for the buyer. He was willing to pay a lot of money to get this lens.

I know, why he was willing to pay that high price... and i have a Canon L-Lens in this focal length, so i decided to let the lens go...

Here a some quickn dirty shots.. first total, after that the crop ...

Ollivier, you get a really good lens...

In the next year i want to try this lens extensively... we stay in contact..

Cheers
Henry

Another thing... me and my wife like your Yin/Yang avatar..!!

Sure Henry, we stay in contact. Very Happy

Here are some other quick shots taken in average conditions.
Like the 35-70, this 70-210 gives better results when setting the EOS 40D on Manual mode.
And I think that it shows better results when mounting off the UV filter included.
