Untill I manage to find/afford an I/S mount for Pentax I have 2 choises when it comes to using this lens with my K100D.

1. I can assemble the two without the bayonet latching - ok for smaller nikkors but not so good with a lens of this size.

2. Use my AI-PK adapter - The optics from this are long gone so now the max focus distance is around 3m.

This is a shot of my Corn Snake "Woody" taken in such a manor.

Hand held ISO3200, f2.8, 1/125sec

Of course c&c welcome

WOW !!!

What a snake's picture.
I appreciate the opposition between the top of your pic and its bottom.
Dead wood, orange dominance, blur in the top.
Then the Snake's Eye very sharp.
Leaves and red flowers then.

Thanks ! Very Happy
