I was almost ready to waste $350 on a Canon EF 85mm 1.8 for portraits and then I took my little Nikon Series E 100mm out for a casual portrait session at the park. I am still getting amazing results from this lens and am starting to appreciate not having to compose around my AF points for portraits. Changed my mind on the AF 85 Smile

100mm, f2.8, Canon 1000D

slight misfocus, but it makes me smile. Love the color and smooth bokeh.
