The 15cm glasses are quite clean, although I can't say it is mint.
Both APO and Heliar share the same type of shutter, but I only have one.
The big Heliar (18 cm) rear element fused to the shutter by oxidation, so I can't clean the fungus, I'm afraid it will be broken.
The shutter itself (of little value I guess, more as a bonus to the lens) is limited to Bulb, T, and 1- 1/5 second, the other ranges are disabled by the former owner, I don't know how to reverse it (but I'm sure it is reversible).
As for the price of APO I saw in a quite mint condition is USD 1400 somewhere in ebay, but considering it is not mint I think EUR 700 is quite fair, but anyhow, I open to offer, especially from forum member 
The Heliars is of course cheaper. I'm thinking of EUR 400.
