M42 Adapter for Rebel Ti and Supertakumars

Hello All,

I have got a couple of M42 Lenses - and buying my next Rebel Ti Body
I need to know what adapter (online store link please too) you use TO GET FULLY FUNCTIONAL INTERNAL SPOT METERING with it.
I have following lenses to be put on it
Tamron 28-105
Tamron 28/2.8
Carl Zeiss Jena Tessar 50/2.8
Super Takumar 50/1.4
2 Super Takumar 55/1.8 (one with a lot of scratches on back)
135/f4 Unknown Japenesse Telephoto Lens
Helios 2.0/58 (Un Automatic)
Olympus F Zuiko 50/1.8 (very nice lens)
and going to buy a lot of more in comming months.

Please also tell me if I need to have an AF Confirm Adapter because of feature which are so important to me (Spot-metering)
