Hello EB.
According to forum user's request, I upload here the pic where I make a kind of (awful) draw to explain how i simply solved the issue (it was not just a issue,..) with my pentacon 200mm f/4.
If there is any question or you need to get more infos about it, donot hesitat e to ask me, i guess the draw could notbe very clear and understandable
