Hi, does anyone have an idea if it's possible to force the assist beam to fire on the Canon Speedlight 580EXII when focusing maunaly? thanks..

Unfortunately, it is not possible to force the AF-Assist Beam on the Speedlite 580EX II to emit while manually focusing. We apologize for the inconvenience.
