Hi all

I'm finally getting round to sorting through all my photos from my recent trip to France. I was desperate to shoot some sunflowers, but had no idea how! So I took them with a variety of different lenses at a variety of different angles as an experiment Smile

I've plonked the photos onto a template for Flickr, I hope it's not too offensive! Any feedback is greatly appreciated!

Thanks

Many thanks

The 2nd and last are really nice especially No2. The composition is really good and the colours are perfect!

Very goodshots, my fav is the first one for the blurred background, and the second one is also great. Looks like a lead singer of a band Cool

Wow, I would love to have that motif!! The ones shot with Pentacon 135 and Vivitar 28 is my favorites, with that soft bokeh and all Smile

What a great set of studies! It's marvellous to see so many different effects created shooting the same subject in different ways.

The template is distracting, but looking past that I really like the next-to-last one. #2 from top is also good. =)

Wow, thanks for the lovely comments everyone! I was really at a loss as to how to photograph those beautiful sunflowers, but it was fun! I think part of the problem is their height, making it difficult to get a well proportioned shot.

Point noted about the template, I've now toned it down a bit, thanks! Smile

The second one is good. 17mm did the trick.

The 17mm Tamron pic looks pretty good in this set.
