Jupiter-21M 200/4 (M42)

included: lens (+ built-in hood), front cap, rear cap

OPTICS: no scratches, no cleaning marks, no fungus, no haze, few dust particles, which doesn't affect image quality
MECHANICS: 100% condition, smooth and precise focusing, blades are fine (8, quite rounded, no oil), A/M switch works too
COSMETICS: few scratches on paint, mainly on/near A/M switch, see pictures... otherwise OK

Lens is sharp, I think a really good copy. Here is 100% crop at f/4-5, sharpness set to 0 in RAW converter, no additional sharpening:
