Can anyone tell me what adapter I should by to fit this lens on 5DMKII?

Here is the picture of the lens...
I bought it long time ago, and I've never pursued to use it.
Now, I'd like to try.
I've heard some nice things about this lens....is it good?
Here are the pictures of the lens.
It cam without the front cap and a broken rear cap...Sad
But the optics look very clean...Smile

It's got a Pentacon 6 mount. So you need a P6-Canon EOS adapter, e.g.,

The listing is given as an example not a recommendation. Adapters with AF confirm chips are also available.

Edit. I've just looked at the title carefully. Is it a "36B" or a "36b" where the "b" is a normal Roman "b" with a bar across the top. The former usually indicates a Kiev 88 mount; the latter P6.

I think it is P6 according to you....

Here is the crop of the picture I posted.
Is it p6?

Thank you for your help....

Yes Pentacon 6.

Thank you so much....

Have you used the lens?
Is it worth for me to spend $40 some dollars?
Otherwise I'd like to sell it.

I had quite a few P6 lenses at one time and I enjoyed using them. I've sold some (and am selling the rest) but not because of IQ. I particularly liked the Mir 38b 3.5/65 and the Vega 28b 2.8/120. I haven't tried the Jupiter 36b because I though it would be too difficult to use handheld at that focal length. I have read good reports - but who knows ? I'm sure there are others on this forum who have (or had) the lens. Perhaps someone will read this thread - or you could start a new one JUPITER 36 - IMAGE QUALITY ???

This report

is NOT favourable.

The review in your link does not like this lens....Sad
I guess It's not good idea to invest on an adapter then....
