But..there was something I could have done because of the
large transparency - I originally scanned this at 800dpi. So, if I wanted
to provide a good digital image with no artifacts, then a 2400dpi scan
would have fit the bill. Of course, then you have a huge file, but
could have printed a 16x20 without loss...
The image has been shown before, but I felt that the representation of
Velvia was good enough to re-post on this new sub-forum.
