I took my Yashica into the backyard today and shot a few frames. I dont believe I shot anything higher than f/5.6.

I found it bit hard using my viewfinder, it was very had to see if the image lined up proper. There seems to be a bit of fog on the glass... Sad

All photos are scanned from prints. Film used was Fujifilm Quality II. This is cheap film, about 2.00 USD for a roll of 36 exp.

No corrections were made to the pics except a bit of crop on one or two images,

f/5.6

f/5.6

f/5.6

f/2.8 ( the reds saturation is very high on this film )

f/5.6

f/2.8

I tried working the daisy pic a bit. The reds were so saturated in the original.

New daisy reworked in PS a bit.

Damn fine lens on a damn large camera Wink and it makes such excellent photos. Great samples, red against green is tough with anything color.

Hi Nesster,

I think it was a combo of cheap film, photo processing, and inacurate focus that caused the saturation.... Sad

Actually this Electro 35 GS is the 1.7 camera and is a nice size, it's not the larger 1.4 lens found on the 1C 5000 cameras.
